Kevin Duncan

Kevin is a business adviser, marketing expert, motivational speaker and author.

He is the UK’s best selling business author. He has written over 20 books, which have sold over 250,000 copies. They have been voted Telegraph Business Club Book of the Week, WHSmith Book of the Month, Foyles Book of the Month, nominated for CMI Management Book of the Year, and translated into over a dozen languages. He has been voted Best Speaker at a number of conferences.

After 20 years in advertising and direct marketing, he has spent the last 20 years as an independent troubleshooter, advising companies on how to improve.

He can turn his hand to many things: signature programmes based on his books; motivational speaking; facilitating awaydays and conferences; training; repositioning brands; producing business and marketing plans, strategies and creative solutions; advising on company structures; writing speeches; improving new business effectiveness; pitch writing; and action non-exec work.

In agencies, he has worked with over 400 clients, deployed £600m of funds on more than 200 brands, overseen over 1,000 projects, and won 35 awards for creativity and effectiveness.

Every year he travels to somewhere he has never been. He flies birds of prey, collects classic guitars, and has released fifteen albums. He is married to Sarah, and has two daughters, Rosanna and Shaunagh.

Sarah Duncan

Sarah Duncan is a sustainable business development and ethical marketing consultant/trainer. She has been in business for over 30 years and set up her own consultancy, Sleeping Lion, in 2005. She has watched with interest as sustainability has forced its way onto the business agenda. The Ethical Business Book – 50 ways you can help protect People, the Planet and Profits, was published in October 2019. In addition to running Expert Advice training programmes, she also provides consultancy on business sustainability and ethical marketing.

Although her background is hospitality (hotels, membership marketing, and spa development), over the years she has been involved in projects for many different companies and business sectors including accountancy, legal, media, management consultancy, retail, real estate, recruitment, travel, luxury goods, fractional ownership and private healthcare.
